Registration payment, in Japanese Yen (JPY), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive) of conference proceedings, welcome reception, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. Registration Fees do not include a ticket for the social event on Wednesday, October 31. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than October15, 2012, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions.

There are two ways to register for the MicroTAS 2011 Conference:

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive the confirmation of registration by email upon completion of registration. Once the payment process is complete, the confirmation of payment will also be emailed to you. The conference receipt for registration fee will be issued to you at the conference.

Conference Location

The 16th Annual International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences (MicroTAS 2012) will be held at Okinawa Convention Center Ginowan, Okinawa, Japan.

Official Travel Agent

JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. is the official travel agent for MicroTAS 2012. We have blocked a number of rooms at the hotels with close proximity to the Convention Center.

Passports and Visa Information

All foreign visitors desiring to entering Japan must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full when appropriate documentation is given.
